James Fallon

James Fallon has made major scientific and medical breakthroughs in neuroscience. He was the first to show how to stimulate the mass production of stem cells in the adult brain. His recent imaging genetics research has discovered new genes for Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia. He was the first to present a comprehensive genetic, neuroanatomical and behavioral theory on the basis of psychopaths. Fallon is professor of psychiatry and human behavior at the University of California, Irvine.
