Held around the world, The Mainstage is the preeminent Moth experience where five tellers, and a notable host, share true personal stories. Those taking to the stage work closely with The Moth's directors to develop their stories into 10-12 minute stories that speak to the theme of the evening.

The beauty of The Moth Mainstage is that it brings together a wide array of storytellers. From astronauts to outdoorsman, nurses to students and everyday folks to celebrities like Lin-Manuel Miranda and Padma Lakshmi, the Mainstage presents an opportunity for our sponsors to fund an evening of empathy, connection and kindness.
